The Circular Desk is the public notice desk of Shoonyaland.
It houses dispatches, updates, public letters, campus notices, and communications related to the Institute structure.
This room does not function as a marketing feed.
A circular is issued when something has entered form, changed status, opened as a room, moved into preparation, or produced a record that needs to be publicly acknowledged.
