SORI distinguishes between operational completion and ontological closure.

The organism must act before reality is fully known. The eye must decide edge. The foot must decide step. The hand must decide grasp. Local stabilization is necessary for movement, survival, speech, and record.

But local stabilization is not final truth.

The error begins when a temporary closure required for action is promoted beyond its jurisdiction and treated as a final statement about existence.

A record is a finite action. It may complete a sequence, preserve observations, name the visible invariant, and close a document.

Truth does not end there.

SORI therefore permits:

Commitment without finality.
Completion without ontological closure.

The record may close.
The truth remains open.
The chassis continues conducting.

Final seal unauthorized.
